GUEST & PARKING LIMITS To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation-rental regulations, the following limits are strictly enforced: • Maximum overnight occupancy: 4 guests • Additional daytime guests permitted: 4 • Maximum daytime occupancy: 8 people • Maximum vehicles: 2 BOOKING REQUIREMENTS The primary renter must be at least 25 years old by the arrival date and must remain at the property throughout the reservation. A signed rental agreement is required for every stay. After booking, the primary renter will receive a link to review and sign our rental agreement and the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor brochure. Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to owner approval. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM • Check-out is by 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on the reservation schedule. Guests will receive a private entry code before arrival for convenient self check-in. IMPORTANT PROPERTY & CITY RULES To protect the home, preserve the peaceful character of the neighborhood, and comply with Palm Springs regulations: • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors • Outdoor music is prohibited at all times by the City of Palm Springs • Commercial photography, filming, and organized productions require advance approval and may be subject to additional fees POOL SAFETY Please note that the pool is not separately fenced from the house or surrounding outdoor areas. Guests traveling with children should provide close adult supervision at all times, especially when exterior doors are open or the pool area is in use.
